Apex Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Officer with a focus on Talent Advisory and Learning and Development (L&D). The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in advising on talent strategies, identifying high-potential employees, and implementing learning initiatives to support business objectives. Experience in the outsourcing industry is a strong advantage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a track record of implementing successful training programs.
Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.
Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Proficient in the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Experience in the outsourcing industry or talent advisory role is a strong advantage.
Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) are a plus.
