Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources (HR) professional to manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace conflicts.
Develop and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Conduct performance management and provide support for employee development programs.
Maintain HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
Process payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning.
Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellness initiatives.
Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
Experience in fintech is preferred.
