Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our Human Resources Team.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist with full recruitment cycle, including onboarding new hires and communicating onboarding plans.
Oversee employee attendance, address queries, and implement company policies regarding lateness and sanctions.
Administer employee benefits, including HMO enrollment, updates, and reconciliation.
Handle leave management, loan requests, and employee requests for time off.
Maintain employee records within the HRIS, including updates after transfers and pension information.
Support payroll processing by updating the portal with relevant data and deduction information. Ensure accurate and up-to-date filing of all employee and client documents.
Promote employee wellness.
Champion company policy and code of conduct, ensuring compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
A certification in human resources is required.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
