Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Officer at Life Helpers Initiative in Abukur. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
Employee Relations expertise
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Bachelor’s/HND degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field
