Human Resource Manager Personal Assistant to the Executive Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer benefits, compensation, and payroll programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in HR management.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
