Responsibilities
Provision of attractive incentives and salary packages, rewards and benefits to ensure retention of competent employees.
Set up of HR policies in alignment with the company’s standards
Arrangement of accommodation for eligible management staff
Manpower planning and set up of job descriptions in alignment with the company’s standards.
Recruitment of qualified candidates on all levels from all available sources e.g. external recruitment agencies
An excellent knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation and working practices is essential
Manages all Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Retirement Benefits, Medical and Health Care
Manage immigration and work permits for the Nigerian office
Requirements
Minimum of a Master’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist in a multinational firm
Professional HR certification is a must
Excellent knowledge of local labour & immigration law
