JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the effective management of people in relation to the following;
Recruitment,
Performance management,
Staff induction,
Reward & recognition,
Compensation benefit programs
Also responsible for full accurate and equitable administration of all support operations by supervising staff planning, organising and implementing administrative systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be conversant with Nigeria labor law
Must not be more than 30-40 years
Must have 3-5years experience in management role.
Good communication skills
Multi-tasking
Conflict management and problem solving
NOTE:CIPM certification is an added advantage
