Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to support daily operations and contribute to various HR functions.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Help organize training sessions and workshops.
Assist with payroll, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and workplace policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
