Human Resource Executive Sales and Marketing Executive Production Lead

The Position

We are looking for a HR Executive to assist our Incumbent Head of HR in ensuring adequate and effective utilization of human resources within the company.

Job Description

Ensure that staff filings and documentations are well archived and easily assessable.
Ensure high quality manpower planning and recruitment procedures are in place, and that these procedures align with the employment regulation and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
Build on existing systems to create Human Resource Management tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, Key Performance Indicators & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population of the company.
Ensure that all new recruits undergo thorough induction processes to aid their seamless integration into the group
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Excellent human resource management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills – people management, mentoring/ coaching and leadership skills.
Effective in solving complex and demanding operational & managerial challenges
Highly focused, disciplined, self-driven and goal-oriented.

Job Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second class Upper) in Industrial relations, Human Resource management or any other related field.
2-4 years experience
