Itel Mobile is looking for an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HRBP. The HRBP would be responsible for providing high level support, professional and strategic HR advice to regional office manager. Majorly liaising between management and staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact and specialist advisory function for Managers and staff in relation to a broad range of employee related issues.
Monitor and handle recruitment and exit process.
Develop and monitor policy guiding staff behavior in the organization (Lateness, absence, leave etc.
Responsible for advising and solving labor related disputes while encouraging and creating a positive culture
Organize organization activities especially yearly/quarterly team events, as well as the orientation event for new employees.
Responsible for employee’s salary and timely payment. Calculate and collate incentive payment for staff. Monitor monthly statutory deductions
As a Business Partner: Monitor the sales performance and number of sales. Majorly for personnel purposes
Monitor and follow up on data management (e.g. leave, forms, online data). Design Dashboard for Management monthly or per 3 months.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources or any related field.
At least 3 years HR work experience, preferably in complex business environments. Experience in the telecoms industry is a plus.
Must have proven experience with payroll management.
Must possess a practical knowledge of the various Human Resources Management Systems and Processes which include; Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Data Management.
A Masters degree, Chartered membership or relevant professional qualifications will be considered an advantage.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for reporting and presentations

Requirements and Attributes

Must have excellent working knowledge of Nigerian Labor Laws.
Must have proven leadership/managerial experience.
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
Must be able to work on multiple projects, with an ability to self-manage, plan and prioritize accordingly.
Analytic and goal oriented.
Ability to take initiatives and work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment
