Key Responsibility : Work closely with line managers to deliver an HR agenda that supports the overall goals and objectives of the business. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Recruiting, training and developing staff
Pensions and benefits administration
Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
Organise staff training sessions and activities
Monitor staff performance and attendance
Advise line managers and other employees on employment law and the company’s  employment policies and procedures
Human resources information management
Liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and institutions
Support HR CoE as required always
Perform ofice adminstration functions

Location: Oko Oba – Agege, Lagos
Experience: 2-3 years human resource/admin function experience.
Applicant must have good interpersonal relations, presentation and communication skills, with hands-on IT competence.
