Human Resource Associate (Project and Growth) Executive Assistant

Responsibilities
Project Management:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HR-related projects, including recruitment drives, training programs, and outsourcing initiatives.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and achieve project success.
Evaluating the project requirements based on clients’ specifications
Handle business presentations.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent needs and ensure successful placements.

Training and Development:

Assist in designing and implementing training programs to address skill gaps and foster employee growth for clients.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.

Outsourcing Support:

Oversee HR outsourcing projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of services.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all outsourcing activities.

Growth and Strategy:

Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement in HR services.
Provide analytical insights and reports to support decision-making for management.
Interview clients to gather requirements and build trust.

General HR Duties:

Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment within client and internal teams.
Play role of Executive Assistant to the Partners.

Education, Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or project management (preferred).

Skills:

Should have worked in a Consulting environment.
Proven ability to build and execute strategic people plans that align with business objectives.
Strong understanding of HR functions and compliance requirements, especially in diverse work environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a track record of influencing and collaborating across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, be adaptable, and act with integrity and confidentiality.
Strong understanding of HR practice, functions labour law, work place safety standards and compliance requirements, especially in diverse work environments.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software; experience with a consulting company is a plus.
A proactive and approachable attitude, with a passion for building positive relationships with employees.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
