Description
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employee documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
Support payroll preparation and processing activities.
Organize and manage employee training and development programs.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills & Experience:
Able to quickly assimilate new technical knowledge and interested in building a career with a growth-oriented company.
Solid organizational and planning skills.
Good command of English.
Commercial acumen and the ability to promote a technical solution as a value-for-money exercise
Computer literacy, especially with regard to modern scientific user interfaces, document and presentation preparation and report writing
An understanding of business management systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of a CRM tool is an asset
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
Extensive travel within and outside Lagos is an essential part of the job.
