Job description

Daily routine checks on staff to ensure compliance to management directives.
Disseminate of management’s directives to the staff of the outlet (in pre talk or concerned staff) as well as nominal role i.e. a document with the vital information for staff such as letters/memos (confirmation, salary harmonization/conversion, queries, and surcharge memos e.t.c.)
Act as the intermediary officer between the outlet and central HR by handling HR duties at the outlet level and reporting to the central HR personnel for expedition of action/or advice.
Updating outlet monthly reports via shared document
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Immediate report of urgent information in case of emergency (flash report)
Report staff exit to the central HR (resignation or abscondment)
Follow up on staff matters from the head office.
Maintain staff welfare; making sure they are properly registered to the HMO so as to access quality healthcare when needed.
Maintain of the outlet notice board by making sure old memos are removed and making sure the attention of staff is drawn to latest directives from the management.
Monitor staff appearance and grooming.
Reporting lateness and absenteeism through staff attendance.
Uniform, nametag and ID card requisition and Administration.
Maintain the outlet first aid box; ensuring it is not short in supply.
Provide stationary items for staff in the outlet.
Report staff’s indiscipline as well as issuing of queries when necessary.
Assisting staff on leave application/planning.
Preparing production monthly overtime.
