We are looking to hire a Talent as HRBP Topline to partner, with topline functions (Sales & Marketing) to deliver their objectives through attracting, developing, nurturing, and retaining talent

About You

The candidate will be responsible for the following

Business transformation

Support transformation through change management
Co- build a change management plan. Propose action plans to accelerate the acceptance of change & create commitment and engagement.
Maintain a mindset of continuous innovation integrating last trends in daily work while boosting digital capabilities around the organization
Build effective relationships with diverse individuals and safeguard an ethical organization

Performance and Reward

Facilitate annual objective setting process
Support department managers to diagnose and manage performance problems

Calibrate performance

Continuously track performance conversations
Facilitate Annual Salary review process

Health Safety & Wellbeing

Support deployment of wellbeing programmes
Monitor that occupational injuries or diseases are reported to the WISE team and the degree of incapacity is assessed

Talent Management and Development

Connect to business to understand talent needs and discuss long term capabilities
Empower Danoner on individual & collective career development discussions.
Execute performance and talent development processes (preparation of the Talent Review, training of line Managers on performance management tools etc).
Own competency gap and learning plan for the function
Partner with learning to tailor solutions according to needs
Conduct interviews for department-based roles.
Ensure Succession and Retention activities are in place for Top talent and critical roles.

HR Analytics, Processes, tools and systems

Analyze HR data and provide key HR insights to foster data driven decision making and to support strategic business initiatives
Leverage collaborative ways of working, cutting edge methods and frameworks to provide effective Support to stakeholders
Facilitate Job evaluation process and implementation

Employee Relations

Coach department managers on current and relevant employment legislation
Address employee concerns by investigating and evaluating issues discreetly, and providing advice and guidance to resolve the concern
Institute employee relations processes

Engagement and Culture

Lead conversations on DPS outcomes and action.
Drive all Employee engagement initiatives
Continuous engagement with Sales Managers
