Job Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager role involves collaborating with business leaders to address HR issues and promote employee success. This includes responsibilities such as recruiting, training, and managing employee relations, all while ensuring that HR strategies align with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advisory Role:

  Provide guidance on HR-related issues and offer solutions to enhance business performance.
  Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Talent Management:

  Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff.

Strategic HR Partnership:

  Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and objectives, developing HR strategies that align with business goals.
  Develop and implement employee development and training programs.
  Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback.

Employee Relations:

  Address employee concerns and grievances to ensure a positive and fair work environment.
  Interpret and communicate company policies and HR procedures.
  Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.

Compliance and Legal:

  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  Stay updated on HR-related legal developments and best practices.

Operational HR:

  Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll.
  Ensure the accurate and timely processing of HR-related tasks.
  Maintain employee records and manage the HR information system.

Key Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Ability to build relationships with business leaders and employees.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with HR systems and software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Membership in a recognized HR professional organization, such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM, is required.
