What We’re Looking For
With a minimum of five years of practical experience in human resources consulting or workforce advisory roles, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in providing strategic guidance to organizations on talent management, organizational design, and workforce optimization.
Individuals applying for this position must possess a thorough understanding of labor law and HR compliance regulations.
Accomplishes exceptional facilitation and fosters strong client relationships through skilled engagement.
Professional certifications such as CPM, SHRM, or CIPD are considered advantageous.
