Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional with a proven track record in recruitment and performance management to support our growing client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in human resources, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and performance management strategies within an HR consulting environment. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across various industries, ensuring the best talent is sourced and placed.
Develop and implement effective performance management systems to help clients drive employee engagement, productivity, and development.
Conduct regular assessments of client HR needs, providing customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Provide expert guidance and support on HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and performance management techniques.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their organizational culture, and acting as a trusted HR advisor.
Deliver training and workshops to clients on performance management, employee development, and other key HR topics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations in all HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
4-6 years post-nysc experience in Human Resources, with significant expertise in recruitment and performance management.
Experience working in an HR consulting firm is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, talent acquisition strategies, and performance management frameworks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
