QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science courses
2+ years of experience in a similar HR role
Certification from relevant professional body (CIPMN, PHRI or SHRM) is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of HR policies, Labour laws and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
