Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage our human resources functions in Bauchi State.
The successful candidate will implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management
Professional certification in human resources (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Nigeria
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer- focused attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage office supplies, correspondence, and administrative duties efficiently
