Report to AGM -HRThe ideal candidate is responsible for HR, Admin, Security, liaisoning activities of the unit. Required to prepare and submit in time monthly report in the defined format relating job function.Requirements
Delivering effective support to the head AGM-HR and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function.
Candidates with HND qualifications or Personnel management qualification, Law desirable.
Administering compensation and benefit plans.
Conducting employee on boarding and help plan training & development.
Provide support to employees in various HR related functions such as leave management, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Direct daily personnel related activities , executing disciplinary actions.
Take security measures against external and internal threats to company employees and property.
To co-ordinate and liaison with government bodies both local and national, Coordinate with contractors.
Maintain all manpower related records, plan and execute training related activities.
Support contingency plan from Senior Management.
Monitoring and assisting in HSE, especially implementation of PPEs
