HR Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo Purpose

Responsible for Managing outsourced service providers and staff
To provide  general support for HR Department

Principal Accountabilities (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation)

Provide generalist support for the department

Accountabilities:

Responsible for updating employee files/records
Provide support for factory HR activities (pre-employment medical, food handlers test and distribution of company products)
Provide support for Recruitment processes
Assists with Employee Relations
Provide support on Performance Appraisal System
Provide support to Training Unit
Provide support on application of company policy
Provide support for promoting employee engagement
Employee Services: bank loans, letter of introduction, queries & request from employee
Canteen Management: Process Bills, Routine Checks and Customer Service
Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR offic

Requirements (IPE Factor: Knowledge)

Minimum of 1st degree in Social sciences or any related course
CIPM Membership or qualification will be an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a generalist role
Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and applications
