A first degree and a postgraduate qualification in human resource managementĀ
Minimum of 3 years work experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills

Develop policies and manage procedures
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong principles and reliability
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Must be proficient with Ms Word, Excel etc
