HR Manager

Job Overview  

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an organization’s human resources, including recruitment, training, employee relations, compliance, and the promotion of a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager advises on HR strategies and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.  
Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.  
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.  

Employee Relations:  

Address employee concerns and grievances while mediating disputes.  
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.  
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.  

Training and Development:  

Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.  
Manage performance management systems and conduct performance evaluations.  

Compensation and Benefits:  

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.  
Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.  

Compliance: 

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.  
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.  

Strategic Planning: 

Advise on HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.  
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Other Responsibilities:

Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and oversee payroll administration.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations, as well as trends and best practices in HR management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Age should not exceed 40 years.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
Membership in a recognized HR professional body, such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM, is required.
