HR Manager

Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic human resources initiatives that align with Nairametrics’ goals. This role includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, and compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute innovative HR strategies in alignment with the company’s objectives.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive work environment by managing employee engagement initiatives, resolving conflicts, and promoting inclusivity.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and design professional development programs to enhance productivity.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Nigerian labor laws and company policies, with ongoing updates to HR practices as needed.
Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages and manage benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Leadership Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide HR insights and strategic guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management within dynamic and fast-paced industries.
Comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor laws and contemporary HR practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective HR policies.
A strategic mindset with a high level of discretion and collaborative spirit.
