HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to provide leadership and guidance on all HR-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs
Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employee data, benefits, and compensation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
Proven track record of success in HR management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
