Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Management Executive to lead and elevate our HR operations.
This leadership role will require a strong focus on developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and systems, addressing recruitment needs, and driving organizational growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in HR management, with the ability to act quickly and efficiently, ready to assume responsibilities immediately upon hire.
Job Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn)
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the business objectives of clients
Develop a database of suitable candidates for future job openings
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Meet with clients to conduct interviews
Prepare and distribute assessments; numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
For Elvaridah:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Certification such as CIPM, APHRi or PHRI qualifications
2-3 years of progressive HR experience.
Proven track record of establishing and implementing HR policies and systems.
Demonstrated experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
A culture-driven mindset with the ability to foster and maintain a positive organizational culture.
