MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Partner with leadership and HR teams to assess learning needs and align them with organizational goals.
Develop and implement a learning strategy that supports workforce development and drives business success.
Ensure L&D initiatives align with key organizational objectives such as performance improvement, leadership development, and succession planning.
Design and develop customized training programs, workshops, and learning materials to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Utilize a variety of training delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats, to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing interactive and impactful learning experiences that drive employee development.
Offer coaching and mentoring to employees, enhancing their skills and supporting their professional growth.
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in employee skills and competencies, ensuring continuous development.
Evaluate the impact of L&D programs on employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes, reporting on effectiveness and suggesting optimizations.
Work closely with HR teams, department heads, and senior leaders to ensure L&D initiatives meet departmental needs and organizational goals.
Build relationships with external training providers, consultants, and industry experts to enhance internal capabilities and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver, track, and measure training programs effectively.
Actively promote JR Academy and assist in its setup, ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of the organization’s learning and development efforts.
Keep up with the latest trends in learning technologies and incorporate them into the learning strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
