HR Intern (NYSC)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Intern to join our HR team for a 12-month internship.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Intern, you will be involved in a range of tasks, including: screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems.
Providing administrative support for employee inquiries and concerns.
Contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
Maintaining accurate employee records and files.
Assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
Preparing HR reports and documentation.

Requirements

BSc in Human Resources Management or related field from a reputable institution.
Must be currently enrolled in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program with a remaining service period of 1 year.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
