Specific Duties and Responsibility
Support organizational development and capabilities in change management processes, organizational assessments, and team development interventions
Work with that provide guidance to business managers in the areas of organizational development ,change management, and organizational transformation within set framework
Develop existing change management tools (e.g. deliverables, templates and techniques),and other organizational development projects to support the business
Support the development of clear role profiles and established interfaces between the Organizational Development & Capabilities Team , HR partners, and other enterprise-wide change agents
Conduct best practice research in the areas of organization development, change management, performance management organizational culture, talent management, etc.
Collaborate with talent management and enterprise learning teams to deliver value to internal clients
Qualification & Experience
First dergree in any Management or Social Science course
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects with seamless follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Enhanced people skills with the ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities
Aptitude to handle and protect confidential information
Capacity to learn quickly and effectively multi-task
Ability to successfully function in a team environment
