We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (Team Lead). The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
Manage compensation, payroll processing, and employee performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR regulations.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and resolve employee relations concerns.
Provide HR advisory support to management through data-driven insights.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 8-15 years of HR experience in a similar role.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and employee performance management.
