Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and 4 -5 years proven HR experience in Performance Management and Learning and Development is required.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and Google Suites.
Certification in CIPM, HRCI, SHRM, is an added advantage.
High proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Data analysis.
