HR, Corporate Services HR Consultant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Job Description

A senior level Administrative/HR professional with extensive experience in Corporate Services; including procurement, logistics, facility/utility maintenance, etc. to manage the Corporate Services department for our client in the Technology sector
This role has a responsibility of effectively implementing corporate strategy for managing the systems that support the company’s workforce to deliver impact through their projects.
The company is fast expanding. Therefore, the ideal candidate must be innovative, efficient and autonomous to manage change seamlessly.
In addition to ensuring that the company’s processes run smoothly and efficiently, this role will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for organisational development (covering particular areas relevant to the organisation’s structure).

Requirements The ideal candidate must possess:

Minimum of 10 years progressive Administrative/HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management role
Track record of people management and excellent planning/organization
Creative, strategic and fluid approach; able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Good technical ability
Good research ability and inclination
Excellent change management skills
High sense of responsibility and accountability
