Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and retention
Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives
Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, ensuring the team meets set sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years’ experience as Business Development Manager in the HR Consulting industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely
