HR Business Partner

What You’ll Do:

Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies that align with company goals
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning
Develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee experience and productivity
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in performance and engagement
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and talent management strategies
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
