The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR Department in day to day operations and related administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process
Assist in coordination of orientation of new employees
Assist in managing simple projects including training, surveys etc
Maintain and update employee records and other documentation
Provide prompt response and resolution to employee requests and issues
Liaise with external service providers and vendors for effective running of business processes
Requirements
Must be detail-oriented and organized
Must exhibit strong communication skills
Must be assertive
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to think fast and exhibit a high level of discretion are key
Qualification
BSc / HND in any relevant field from an accredited higher institution
