Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Coordinate and assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Provide administrative support for client projects
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for clients.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing materials and scheduling orientations.
Address employee queries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
Organize and maintain HR documentation; digital.
Coordinate client’s team-building activities.
Requirements
First degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
1 year of experience in an HR role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proactive and detail-oriented
