Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist with payroll administration and other HR-related tasks
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
