Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manages all staff data (muster sheet, SAP, documentation etc)
Responsible staff attendance record (absent, lateness, leave report, etc)
Conducting and preparing weekly and monthly reports
Manages First-Aid boxes
Assist in recruitment process and conducting induction session
Assist in salary preparation
Assist in preparing Employee List.
Assist in preparing monthly Dashboard HR report
Experience and Qualifications Required for the role
At least 1-2 year’s work experience.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or above.
Familiar with HR or Data management work related.
Professional certificates in related field is an added advantage.
Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes
Male candidate preferred.
Preferred candidate would be between the ages of 24-30 years.
Proficiency in MS Office – MS Excel (VLookup, HLookup, Pivot, Count If, Etc.)
Good communication skill
Strong attention to details
Hardworking and motivated
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Team player
Excellent time management abilities
