HR and Admin Manager

Responsibilities 

Lead talent acquisition process end-to- end
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and maintain a stable, high-performing workforce.Manage the affairs of the company.
Collaborate with other departments and units to ensure alignment and support for company-wide initiatives, goals, and ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all locations and business units.
Provide regular updates to MD/CEO on initiatives, metrics, and progress towards HR goals, and participate in key decision-making processes related to company strategy and direction.
Support to drive the implementation of performance management system
Represent the company in external forums related to HR and administration, such as industry associations and conferences, and maintain awareness of emerging trends and best practices in the field.
Drive the conduct of benchmark surveys to identify new compensation policies and government regulations.

Specification & Requirements

Should have a minimum of B.Sc. Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM-CP or PHR will be of advantage
Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in human resources management in the real estate sector or related industries.
Highly proficient in data analysis for decision making
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
