PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provide operational support in the achievement of defined HR strategies and policies for all employees, enabling better understanding of operational goals and objectives.
THE JOB
Carryout HR Analytics to identify trends and provide specific information about operations.
Develop and manage employee-related programs, such as work experience and internships.
Coordinate company’s special events such as: Board Meetings, JCC meetings, General staff meeting.
Process documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave, etc).
Provide input as applicable in the creation, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Monitor intra & inter movement of staff files within the department.
Support logistics for training & development programs and other HR projects and liaise with external training bodies as required.
THE PERSON MUST
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to relate effectively across all levels.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
Good conflict management with resolution skills and thorough knowledge of labor laws.
Possess strong organizational ability.
QUALIFICATION
B.Sc./HND in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.
Human resource professional certification e.g. CIPM or any other recognized certification.
Knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS) would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role.
