HR/ Administrative officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Manager / Administrative Officer to oversee our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, office administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of domestic staff.
Manage employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and staff welfare.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including documentation and reporting.
Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
Coordinate performance appraisals and staff development programs.
Assist in business operations, including client relationship management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in a recruitment or service-oriented company.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Experience in handling domestic staff recruitment is an added advantage.
