HR/Admin Assistant

Job Description

Regular update and documentation of HR and Admin files
Assist with managing employee requests
Updating and keeping proper records of regulatory documents
Managing staff attendance system and records
Submitting required reports and records to regulatory agencies
Assist with coordination of internal learning and development interventions
Assist with coordination of the recruitment and selection of staff
Assist in managing the admin store.

Job Requirement:

2 Years relevant experience
OND in any social science or business related course
Basic reading, writing, and some advanced arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma
Good computer and MS Office skills
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
Excellent attitude and work ethics required.
Passion for Human Resources management & Administration
