High-Ticket Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven High-Ticket Sales Executive to target and generate sales from high-value clients, including luxury car owners, corporate executives, and companies with fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will leverage their sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and innovative methods to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and support the exponential growth of our mechanic workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and companies with luxury or executive vehicles that require premium automotive services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract high-ticket clients to the workshop.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, such as fleet managers, corporate executives, and luxury vehicle owners.
Present and promote the workshop’s premium services, highlighting quality, reliability, and tailored offerings for luxury and corporate clients.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns specifically targeting high-end clientele.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to generate leads and expand the client base.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure long-term client retention.
Regularly meet or exceed sales targets and contribute significantly to increasing workshop cash flow.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of success in high-ticket sales, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or corporate sectors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities with a focus on high-value relationships.
Experience working with luxury brands or corporate services is highly desirable.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in luxury and executive vehicles.
Existing network of corporate and high-end clients.
Experience in B2B sales and account management.
Creative approach to sales strategies and lead generation.
