Help Desk /Business Support

Experience: 1-2 years working experience of call center/customer serviceImmediate Responsibilities:

    Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and “in-office” requests.
    Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound
    Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
    Maintain up-to-date documentation
    Occasionally support recruitment projects.
    Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
    Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
    Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

    1-2 years of call center experience
    Minimum of Bachelor degree
    Strong customer service skills
    Strong written and oral communication skills
    Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Office skills; preferably excel and word
    Must be a team player with a positive attitude
    Must be a self-motivator willing and eager to work in a competitive environment
