Help Desk Assist IT (female)

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS

Responsible to log tickets on any IT/Admin or other related calls in system
Inform to concern departments
Monitor and follow up the tickets as per SLA
Escalates tickets on specific time lines and reporting to function head for resolution
Looking after CCTV cameras and ensure daily back up of CCTV.
Monitor and access log for access controller and control access for users.
Keep track of entire IT Assets
Monitoring and tracking all day-to-day activities.

SPECIFIC TARGETS/PURPOSE

Sustainability of maintaining Ticketing system and closure as per SLA
Improve efficiency of IT assets.

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP

All department HODs and other staffs
IT suppliers
