Description : • Generate new business mandates for the company in line with approved budget• Manage client segment as defined for unit• Supervise the drafting and review of all legal documentation and agreements.• Act as liaison officer with Regulatory Authorities.• Responsible for client relationships, advising on trusts, foundations and estate planning issues, supervising own portfolio of mandates and implementing new structures.• Attend and cover Board, Management and General meeting of the Company.• Ensure all decision of the Board and management are communicated and implemented.• Generate and Oversee a considerable portfolio of trusts• Administer and report as necessary• Ensure regulatory awareness, compliance and information communication• Formulate, interpret, and implement policy and procedures with appropriate approvals.• Identify problems and needs/solve sameQualifications :
• LLB. BL MBA will be an added advantage• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Trust related assignments.• Registered Capital Market operator• Membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners or related professional qualification.• Experience in dealing with regulators.• Experience in the formation and administration of trusts, the drafting of wills and the administration of estates and dealing with regulatory issues relevant to the trust practice.• Experience in general corporate matters and the administration of underlying asset.• Numerical/financial skill/knowledge will be an added advantage
