HEAD, SALES AND DISTRIBUTION

The ideal candidate must be able to monitor and oversee all the activities of the sales function and ensure that all set sales target and deliverables are met in line with specified timelines. He or she must also be able to manage performance, contracting, coaching, and training and ensure zonal managers are managing their branches effectively. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an existing network of brokers and clients who writes the company’s business, build an internal capacity to deliver the targets through the recruitment, up skilling and mentoring of staff. The head of sales and distribution would also be responsible for developing sales strategy that will deliver the organisation’s set business targets.
