What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition plan to support business growth and client needs.
Lead the business development efforts for HR advisory services and recruitment solutions.
Drive the implementation of a Training & Innovation Program by February 2025.
Oversee and improve employee engagement, culture transformation, and performance management.
Revamp the payroll structure for all subsidiaries by mid-February 2025.
Develop and roll out a Career Progression Framework and Promotion Policy by January 2025.
Launch three Employee Engagement & Culture Transformation Initiatives by February 2025.
Establish an HR Calendar for all activities within the year by January 2025.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 8-12 years of HR leadership experience in consulting, advisory, technology, or outsourcing industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is a plus.
Key Competencies:
Strategic HR leadership and talent management.
Business development and client relationship management.
Negotiation and stakeholder management.
Financial acumen and cost-efficient HR operations.
Performance management and employee engagement strategies.
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
