Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Training and Development at OTIC Surveys LTD in Lagos.
The Head of Training and Development will be responsible for overseeing employee training, customer training, webinars, create training materials and videos, and development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Passion for training people
Degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering or Geography or Geographic Information Systems
Experience in conducting training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Relevant certifications in Training and Development are a plus but not necessary
Must live living within the Lekki-Ajah axis
